Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

We strive to provide high-quality RO water purifier services and products. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, or service adjustments may be provided.

2. Service Refunds

  • Refunds for services (installation, repair, maintenance) will be considered only if the service was not performed as agreed or if there was a service failure on our part.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the service.
  • Partial refunds may be provided based on the extent of the service delivered.

3. Product Returns

  • For RO units or accessories purchased from us, returns or replacements are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged on delivery.
  • Requests for product returns or replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method.

5. Exclusions

  • Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
    • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.
    • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts like filters.
